Natamycin, likewise referred to as pimaricin, occurs as macrolide polyene antifungal drug. These are utilized to handle fungous keratitis. These are especially efficacious against Aspergillus and Fusarium corneal infections. It has been obtained around sliced Mozzarella cheese as a preservative.
